Refund policy for the Event Pass: an unused code can be refunded within 14 days; a pass already turned on isn't, except where the law says so.

This refund policy covers the Event Pass sold on Secret Santa Generator. The Event Pass is a one-time $4.99 purchase for one event, with no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. Drawing names and everything else on the site is free, so there is nothing else to refund.
Refunds for an unused Event Pass code
If you bought an Event Pass and haven't used its code on any event, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it. Email us with your order number and we refund it to the original payment method through our merchant of record, Waffo Pancake. The code stops working once it is refunded.
An Event Pass already turned on
An Event Pass that has been turned on for an event is delivered: everyone in that group can send anonymous messages straight away. From then on it is not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If it is refunded anyway, messages for that event are switched off; the draw, links and wishlists keep working.
Refunds required by consumer law
Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live. If the law gives you a right to a refund, email us with your order number and we'll arrange it.
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Waffo Pancake (waffo.ai). Refunds go back to the original payment method through Waffo Pancake.

Email hello@secretsantagenerator.xyz with:
- your order number, from your receipt;
- the email address you paid with;
- what went wrong.
Please allow a few working days for a reply.
Other things to know
- An Event Pass cancelled because the terms of service were broken is not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
- An Event Pass works only on this website and can't be exchanged for cash.
